Overview

Thermal paper has a heat-sensitive coating that darkens where the printer's head heats it, so no ink or ribbon is needed. That makes thermal rolls the standard for POS receipts, card terminals, kiosks, queue tickets and scales.

Rolls are specified by width, length (or diameter) and core size. The most common widths are 3⅛" (80 mm) for receipt printers and 2¼" (57 mm) for card terminals and mobile printers. We also supply 1¾" (44 mm), 1" (25 mm) and custom sizes.

Choose BPA-free paper for retail and food service, and private-label cartons if you resell.

How do I find my roll size?

Measure the paper width and roll diameter, or send the printer model. We'll match it.

Thermal or bond paper?

Thermal for most POS and card terminals, with no ink needed. Bond paper is for impact printers with an ink ribbon, often used in hot kitchens. Tell us your printer.

Do you offer BPA-free paper?

Yes. Ask for BPA-free thermal paper in your quote.

Can the cartons carry our brand?

Yes. Private-label cartons are available for distributor orders.
