Heat Seal Machines

Bench-top heat seal machines that apply barcode and ID labels to fabric in seconds. Digital temperature and timer control and steady pressure give the same strong bond every time. We build them in-house and set them up for the labels we make.

Overview

A heat seal machine presses a heated platen onto the label and fabric for a set time and pressure. Consistency matters: too little heat or time and labels lift; too much and fabric scorches. Our machines hold temperature with a digital controller and repeat the same cycle with a digital timer, so every operator gets the same result.

The pneumatic model uses an air cylinder for steady, low-effort pressure, which makes it ideal for busy counters and production lines. For sites without compressed air, we offer a manual clamshell model.

Platen size, voltage and plug are configured for your labels and destination country. We can ship machines together with labels, ribbons and spare parts, and build custom presses for special labels or products.

Questions

Pneumatic or manual: which should I choose?

Pneumatic gives consistent pressure with less effort and suits busy counters and production lines; it needs a compressed-air supply. The manual clamshell model needs only power.

Will it work with the labels I already buy?

Usually, if they are heat-seal labels. Tell us the label you use and we'll confirm the settings.

Can you supply US-voltage machines?

Yes. Machines are built for 110–120 V (US) or 220–240 V markets, with the right plug.

Do you supply spares?

Yes: release sheets, silicone pads and wear parts for our machines, and matched parts for many other brands.

Can you build a custom press?

Yes. Send the label or product, the size and your volume, and we'll quote a machine to suit.
